WEB MEDIA TOOLS' BENEFITS
Increase Your Web Traffic Significantly
Whether our partners use our National contests or use our local tools to create customized sponsored contests, all have seen a tremendous increase in real web traffic. Each contest is designed to encourage return visits since it is offering users a chance to win something of value. That means not only will you gain a new audience, but you will attain multiple hits from your players.
"We currently use Web Media Tools for numerous on-line contests throughout the year. These promotions account for nearly 15% of our total internet revenue. They are always well designed and exciting to the users. The WMT producer tool is user friendly and easy to customize. In addition, the support has always been excellent, including useful sales materials. They are very responsive to station issues as well as individual user issues. We know that the Web Media Tools contests have significantly increased our web traffic as well. From our standpoint, an all-around good operation with quality products and service."

Sponsorship/Advertising Opportunities
By increasing your web activity, you attract better sponsorship and advertising,
and even increase the value of existing ads already on your site. Two-way
communication with your users provides your sponsors with important feedback,
typically not available with traditional advertising. Sponsorship and
advertising opportunities revolve all year long with each changing contest
and optional newsletters you send with WMT's e-mail marketing
application that is included.
"When we were made aware of the terrific prize opportunity from Buena Vista (hotel and round trip airfare to New York City to see a taping of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire) we knew that you were the right people to help create a suitably terrific contest. It’s been very useful being able to brainstorm our contest ideas with you. Thank you for working with us to devise the perfect way to run the game. It was extremely successful. Both Buena Vista and our commercial sponsor were extremely pleased with the contest and the level of viewer participation."

Collect Users' Demographics
Valuable demographic information is at your disposal, which better enables
you to identify with your audience and helps to target advertising where
it is most effective. As you customize each contest through WMT's
easy streamlined process, you can choose what information you would like
to collect from your registrants, with either required or optional responses.
"We saw an immediate 35% increase in
our web traffic, after we began to promote Hoops Frenzy last year.
We only had 3 days to promote it before the contest began, so this
year with more time beforehand, we expect even higher numbers."

You Own the Data
All of the data collected through your Web Media Tools package is completely
confidential. Your valuable data is owned by you and made accessible only
to you. Other gaming services make money by compromising your users' information,
leading to an annoying influx of spam (unsolicited e-mail), and thus aggravating
your patrons.
Minimal Management for You
After a simple configuration and some optional branding, you are done.
WMT manages your contests by collecting and storing all of the
data, expeditiously entering all of the scores, updating players' standings
and publishing the results.
"We've worked with vendors of all sorts
since launching our site in 1995, and the WMT team has been
the best -- bar none. Their customer service, whether it's answering
my questions almost immediately or upgrading their products in
response to our suggestions, has been tremendous. What really puts
them over the top, though, is the ease of use of the product. There's
no complicated back-office work to be done when we want to set up a
new contest. It's just a matter of plugging a few words and graphics
into WMT's templates, and we're off and running.
"We're going to own the contests niche in this market in 2003,
and we have WMT to thank."
