How does it work?

Once you have licensed the application, your company will be given access to set up the current Web Media Tools contests that you have chosen for your site. You will control the content for the contest pages all through a standard web browser. No sophisticated resources are required to set up, manage and use these products. The application actually runs on our servers. You simply set up a link to your company’s Web Media Tools contest on your existing site.

Visitors will link to your contest from your web site and register to participate. The visitors will then use the interactive application to make their picks for each contest. Once the event begins, they will come back to your Web Media Tools contest frequently to see how they are ranking against other participants. The branding is controlled by YOU. So you are constantly reminding participants about your company. All you have to do is determine the rules and prizes for your contest and upload your branding-related content. We take care of the rest.

Some of the things you can control...

• Your company will be able to brand your Web Media Tools contest via a header graphic at the top of the page.
  
• You will be able to change this graphic at will via your administrator login. The branding is yours. You will not be mixed in with other contests.
  
• Your company will control the copy for the rules, regulations and prizes.
  
• Your company will control the form for registration, giving you an opportunity to collect specific information from your audience.
  
• Your company can access the database of participants throughout the life of the contest and download the data as an Excel spreadsheet.
